AHF Grant Program

The dream of owning a home can now become a reality through Down Payment Assistance. American Homebuyers Foundation, Inc. – AHF - is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that assists homebuyers nationwide in purchasing the home of their dreams by granting them their DOWN PAYMENT!  We are allowed to give a homebuyer a grant for their down payment per the FHA loan guidelines and any other loan program that will accept a grant from a non-profit organization. Our grant program funds are subject to availability and they can be used for the down payment, closing costs, or pre-paids! This is truly a grant that does not have to be repaid! Millions of potential homebuyers dream of owning a home, but are faced with one major obstacle - they are unable to save for a down payment. We are allowing homebuyers to overcome that obstacle!

Our Mission Statement is to help by assisting low to moderate income families achieve homeownership and to keep that American Dream alive!

We want to help build a foundation that creates lasting and stable communities and most importantly personal achievement!
